How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple, and we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Once you’ve received your quote and had a chance to review any samples, just reach out to your salesperson by phone or email—they’ll be happy to walk you through the next steps and answer any remaining questions you may have.

When you’re ready to move forward, your salesperson will gather all the necessary details for your project, including species, widths, square footage, delivery location, and any custom specifications. Based on that information, we’ll prepare a Sales Order and send it to you via email for review and approval.

The Sales Order will outline everything clearly: product specs, pricing, estimated lead time, delivery arrangements, and payment terms. Once approved we will send you a deposit Invoice.
