We make it easy to buy!

We know that purchasing flooring for your new home or renovation is a major purchase. Your flooring is one of the main focal points of your home. One of our main goals is to make the buying process as easy as possible.

“OK, you say it’s easy, but how does it all work?”

  1. Select your flooring: Your salesperson will work with you to help select your flooring. Whether you already have something in mind or would like help selecting your flooring, we are here to answer all your questions.
  2. Quotes: we can either give you a verbal quote or email you a written quote (or both). We are happy to quote different floors if you would like to compare pricing and see what may be the best floor for your project and budget.
  3. Samples: if you would like samples we would love to send you some. Samples, along with the photos and spec sheets on our website will give you a realistic representation of our flooring.
  4. Ordering: this is where the actual buying process begins. We will gather your information (billing/shipping addresses, phone number and email address) and send you a Sales Order for approval. You can either sign and fax it back or simply reply to our email with approval. The Sales Order will have all relevant details such as estimated due date, quantities, details on the flooring (widths, lengths, quantity, etc) and any other millwork items. Each item is itemized on the Sales Order with a total provided at the bottom.
  5. Terms: our terms are 50% deposit with the balance due when the order is ready. We accept all major credit cards as well as electronic checks. Whichever method you choose for your payment, we will email you an Invoice. You simply click on the View & Pay Invoice button in the email to pay securely online through Intuit. It is safe, secure and very easy.

That’s pretty much it. Once we receive approval of the Sales Order and your deposit, the order is added to our schedule and you are all set! Our Customer Care representative will touch base with you as the order gets close to being due to update you on the status of your order and check the timing of your project to see if you are still on schedule for the estimated order due date.
