Our standard minimum for custom-milled flooring orders is 500 square feet. This allows us to efficiently set up and run our milling equipment while maintaining the high level of quality and consistency we’re known for.
If you’re looking for less than 500 square feet, we may still be able to help—as long as we have the flooring already in inventory. In these cases, we can sometimes fulfill smaller orders without milling from scratch, depending on availability.
On occasion, we do accept smaller custom orders below 500 square feet, but these are subject to a $200 setup fee to help offset the additional labor and equipment time involved in running a limited batch.
