Yes, we do mill small orders; however, they can present certain challenges. Each milling run requires a significant amount of time and labor to set up our equipment, regardless of the order size. Because of this, smaller orders are often less cost-effective to produce.
To help cover these additional setup costs, we apply a setup fee starting at $200 for flooring orders under 500 square feet. The final setup fee may vary depending on factors such as quantity, wood species, selected widths, and any custom specifications.
