What information do you need for me to place my order?

To place your order, we’ll need a few key details to ensure everything is processed accurately and efficiently. In addition to your project specifications—such as total square footage, species, widths, and any custom requirements—we’ll also need the following:

  • Billing address
  • Shipping/delivery address (if different from billing)
  • Primary contact information, including your email address and phone number

Once we have this information, your salesperson will prepare a detailed Sales Order that outlines your selected products, pricing, estimated lead time, and terms. The Sales Order will be emailed to you for review and approval. If everything looks good, you’ll simply confirm the order and submit your deposit to get started.
