Mass production relies on machines to make every decision, but we still trust the human eye. While our high-end molders ensure every plank fits with absolute technical precision, we never leave the final look to chance.
Every single board is hand-graded in our Virginia shop to verify its structural integrity and unique patina. For projects requiring a truly bespoke character, we offer hand-scraped edges as a custom detail—a subtle, rhythmic touch that softens the transition between planks and anchors the room in a “modern heritage” aesthetic.
We enjoyed visiting with you and seeing your samples, but the barn-board oak and wormy oak were even better than the samples.
