The Consultation
The best way to begin is by giving us a call or submitting a quote request online. We will personally discuss the details of your project, including necessary quantities, custom sizes, wood grades, and your target lead time.
The Custom Sales Order
Once we determine exactly what will work best for your build, we will prepare and send a detailed, transparent custom sales order. This allows you to review all project specifications and pricing to ensure everything is absolutely perfect.
Deposit & Production
Upon approval of your sales order, a 50% deposit officially secures your materials and places your project into our custom milling queue. (Note: Orders shipping within 2-3 weeks require payment in full at placement). View our Custom Order Return Policy.
Final Balance & Delivery
When your custom order is fully milled and ready to leave our shop, the final balance is collected. We then coordinate nationwide freight delivery, bringing your reclaimed wood directly to your job site.
