Antique Barn-board Oak with "Worn Edge"

This hand selected Antique Oak floor is amazing....

These reclaimed Oak planks are random width from 8" - 11" wide. This particular flooring was stained with Minwax Early American and then finished with a polyurethane.

We take old barn boards and only remove a small bit of the original surface.

 

This leaves much of the aged patina and give the floor a natural warmth and charm.

The floor at left is the centerpiece of a nice restoration project in California

 

 

Floor planks in this project are from 6" - 8"

The "Worn Edge" profile accents each wide plank and give the sense of a very old and well worn floor.

The log cabin this flooring is in has wide planks from 10" - 15" wide

The flooring to the left was done in random 6" - 12" widths. It was finished with a polyurethane.

 Also note the walls, which used our Antique Vintage Thresher flooring for a great contrast between the walls and flooring.
